As the first engineering hire, you will have the opportunity to get in on the ground-floor of a venture backed startup and play a key role in shaping our product and technology stack. You'll collaborate closely with the founder to design, develop, and implement innovative solutions that will significantly influence the direction and success of the company.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the founder to translate ideas into functional products.

• Write clean, maintainable code and conduct thorough testing.

• Mentor junior engineers on the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

• Proven experience in early-stage startups with a track record of delivering impactful projects.

• Proficiency in modern frontend technologies (preferably Next.js, TypeScript, T3 stack), SQL, and devops (CI/CD, infrastructure).

• Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.

• Exceptional communication skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
